Welcome to Save the Forge River!

The Forge River is suffering heart failure. Just as
Forge River  has become blocked by pollutants.

Just as Medical science can cure this problem in
people, we can cure the problem in the Forge
River if we :

  • Increase Tidal Flow into the Forge River.

  • Address the antiquated cesspools in the
    Forge River Water Shed.

  • Develop a comprehensive storm water
    management plan.

  • Begin wetland restoration projects

  • Educate residents about non-point pollution.

The Key to curing the Forge River lies with you.  
Our elected officials need to hear from you and  
the  best way to make your voice heard is
through voting. All of us at Save The Forge       
River ask that  you make sure you are  
registered to vote and demand funding for our
river and our community.
